The price is hard to beat, and the location is handy for downtown venues, right off the interstate. Everything was top-notch clean, from the parking lot and lobby to the dining room, elevator, halls, and room. I liked seeing my first name on the TV when we walked in. The staff we met were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it, and we'll be back.

The hotel itself was clean, but our room was right across from carpet and wallpaper work. They had someone come in around 8am to put up wallpaper, hammering it onto the wall. We arrived at 1am and needed to get back on the road after a night's sleep, and the noise set our dog off too. When I asked the front desk to make it right, they offered late checkout, which didn't help since we only needed an overnight stop between parts of our road trip. Scheduling loud repairs for 8am is ridiculous. Don't stay here if you plan to sleep past then, though next time they might decide to start at 6.
The room was clean and inviting, the staff and location were five stars, and I liked the pillows. It was budget friendly too. But the room never cooled down, and I had an allergic reaction. I found dog hair in a corner, so I assume a pet had been in the room and that it was floating in the air. It wasn't fun itching and sneezing all night. The bed was okay, but not the most comfortable. The bagel and fruit breakfast was fine, and the bagels were good, but the toaster didn't toast them, so they were cold. I was asked how the stay was and just said decent. It wasn't the worst, but definitely not the best, and I'm glad it was only one night. I'd want to make sure no pets had been in the room next time, and that the unit could cool or heat as needed. Two stars for the room, plus a bonus star for the price. The whole stay gets three stars; if I'd paid more, I'd call it two.
Ronny took care of our special needs, and the service was excellent. The location is great, right off I75. The room was okay apart from the shower, which was warm but not hot. Breakfast was fine if you like bagels. I'd stay at Sparks again.
We had a great visit with my kids and will come back. It's a brand new property with very clean rooms, in a convenient location. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the property management welcomed us when we arrived and helped during our stay. A great property add by Hilton.
