Texas Inn La Feria

I was here almost two weeks after my car engine blew on the way to padre. The staff were accommodating, and housekeeping always checked whether I needed towels or anything. The inn was very clean, and the owner seemed to be constantly wiping down doors and other things. The price was good, and the pet fee was cheap. The rooms have stone tile, which worked better for dogs. I liked staying here a lot.

I stayed in room 106 for three nights, June 26-28, 2025, after selling my house in La Feria and before heading to California. I was just finishing a few things, like putting items in storage and getting my car ready for the long drive, so I left La Feria by Saturday. The rate was $75.00 a night, or $77.25 with the credit card fee. They quoted me $385.00 for a full week, though I didn’t need to stay that long. The room was large and clean, and the furniture seemed fairly new. It had the usual amenities: wifi, a small fridge, microwave, TV with movie channels, pool, ice machine, and unlimited lobby coffee. No complaints.

We’ve booked this hotel several times, and every stay has been satisfactory. We usually reserve our next visit before leaving. Mr. Jay, the manager, provides great customer service, and we appreciate the hospitality. We have no complaints at all. Thank you, Family De Leon.
