My wife found this place for me while I was riding my motorcycle from California to Pennsylvania at the end of October. Check-in was easy, and I was able to clean up and get a good night’s sleep. Highly recommend it.

I ended up at the Stagecoach Motel after taking a detour from a work trip. The price was great, and everyone on staff I met was incredibly kind and helpful. The bed was really comfortable too. I’d come back if I’m in the area again.

The staff seemed nice when I arrived around 9 pm, but the room was awful. It smelled like someone didn’t know how to use a toilet, there was hair all over the shower, and the water pressure was extremely poor. The shower tub had a chip that was all rusty, and the beds felt like sleeping on a concrete floor. Don’t give this place a chance.

This isn’t a luxury hotel, but it deserves a look. The first three hotels I found in La Juanta had me ready to sleep in my car, while Stagecoach was well maintained. The bed was comfortable, the linen was new, and the walls looked recently painted. I’ve paid three or four times as much per night at well-known chain motels and come away disappointed. This one didn’t disappoint me.
