Yash at the front desk made a real difference during our two-week visit. She helped with check-in and our entry process, and was welcoming and ready to assist whenever we needed something. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, which made the longer stay easy. I really appreciated the service and would recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville. I'd be glad to stay again.

The room had coffee, Dove body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, and the AC worked well. We felt safe, and the place was clean. Staff were quick to bring extra pillows and linens, and breakfast had a nice mix of hot and cold choices. It looks like updates are underway. A couple things could be better: the toilet handle had to be held down for 30-40 seconds to flush, and the TV service kept losing its channels. Still, we'd stay here again.

Susma, whose name I saw on her tag, made check-in easy and was warm, kind, and professional. The hotel was clean and nice, and breakfast was good. It's budget-friendly too. I'd recommend staying here and would come back.

I felt welcome and well looked after throughout my overnight visit, and everything went smoothly from arrival to departure. The room was spotless, comfortable, and carefully prepared, while the atmosphere made it easy to relax. The stay exceeded my expectations, and I'd happily return. I highly recommend this place.

We were worn out halfway through our drive from Georgia to Michigan, so we stopped for the night. They found us a room my grandma could reach without trouble and made us feel special. Ash really went above and beyond for guests. Five stars, always!
