Cedar Lodge

We booked for three people based on a listing that clearly showed two beds, but one was a broken pullout couch that couldn’t be used. The only alternative we found was an unmade air mattress in a closet, with no blankets. We weren’t told that this was meant to be the third bed. We left right away and booked somewhere else nearby. The property offered a partial refund for one night even though we hadn’t stayed, then stopped responding to my follow-up messages. They vaguely referred to “cleaning staff photos” and claimed we had used the room for a night, but provided no proof and didn’t address the misleading listing or the unusable sleeping arrangements. In my view, this was false advertising followed by poor communication and no effort to make things right. The staged photos and general comfort claims didn’t match what we found when we arrived.
