Comfort Suites Lafayette University Area

The staff were the nicest and most helpful, and I'd give customer service five stars. The room, though, was on the dirty side, with walls and desk that housekeeping could wipe down better. There wasn't a sheet for the pull-out bed. It's a bummer the room wasn't cleaner, but for the price I can't really complain.

There are lots of restaurants nearby, and the front desk clerk was professional and courteous. Parking is available for single sleepers or day cabs, but there's no TT parking on site. My main issue was the noise: you could hear everyone checking in, shutting doors, and walking to their rooms. It literally shook the whole floor, and the walls are thin enough that you can hear conversations. If you want a good night's rest, this hotel may not be for you.

The location is good, and the front desk staff were as nice as could be. But the place was disgusting. The towels were visibly dirty, and part of the second-floor hallway smelled strongly of urine. I can't believe Comfort would keep its name on this place.

Natoria in the office was very helpful when I had to change my itinerary unexpectedly because of a family medical emergency. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for Purdue campus, dining, and services. Breakfast was okay.
