I’ve stayed here for half a year. The rooms are average, as you’d expect from a cheap hotel, but the staff are very friendly and the surroundings are better than at other hotels. The equipment has been gradually improving, with wifi cover, camera cover, more light, and other changes. It shows the owners value their customers. They’ve asked many troublesome guests to leave, which is great. I hope the owner keeps making the hotel better.

I visited two friends staying here and felt cautious the whole time, so I left well before dark. The location is convenient, with easy entry and exit. Considering the hotel’s age and the abuse the buildings have taken, it’s not in bad shape overall, and credit to the contractor who built it. But the room carpets are worn and need replacing, the mattresses belong in a dumpster, and the rooms need a complete makeover. The owners don’t provide towels, hygiene items, clean sheets, coffee, trash bags, or other basic hotel supplies. They also yell at guests and seem to blame Americans for the problems with their business. Don’t expect hospitality, kindness, or even a simple conversation, or any sense that the customer is right. Guests pay to stay, and without them there’d be no hotel. If they won’t or can’t provide towels and soap or fix torn carpet with something like tongue and groove tile, about $140 per room, so people don’t trip, maybe they should close or call it a flophouse. In one week in December 2023, two guests renting rooms were killed at this hotel, which raises serious safety concerns. In my view, both owners and guests matter. When I rent a room, I expect a safe, easy, enjoyable stay. At $275 a week and almost $70 a night, this isn’t a place I’d choose. You can do better. Stay away from the super7 too, it’s even worse.

We’re still staying here and loving it. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, and the bathroom is really nice. The hot water works great and helps us wind down after work. They put coffee out in the front office every morning, and the maids are friendly and professional. Everyone here is so sweet, and we’ll definitely stay again. It’s a great price, too. Compared with other cheap places, this one wins. They’re doing a great job for their guests.

The guests staying there were kind and helped answer my questions, but the front desk woman was extremely rude and no help at all. The room was awful: bugs, a single tiny towel, blood on the walls and curtains, unwashed bedding, and a bad smell. I’d give it zero stars if I could. The place is a total dump.

The room smelled bad, the floor looked awful, and roaches kept me up. Stained, worn sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed, and the bed itself was uncomfortable. There’s WiFi only in the office, and you have to get ice before a certain time. The parking lot felt like a nightclub. Most of the staff were rude, apart from one or two, and the owner needs to learn customer service. I saw her curse out a couple over something they hadn’t done. She came across as a psycho. Dear owner, a better attitude, better staff, some manners, and a vacuum might bring in more money. This place should be about $30 a night.
