Not having a TV turned out to be just what I needed, which surprised me. Maybe that’s the millennial in me turning 40 this weekend 😂. Once I settled in, the whole place felt calm and relaxing, and everyone on staff was friendly and welcoming. I loved the rooftop patio’s ocean views, the complimentary coffee and tea, and the sound machine. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the body wash smelled so good. My room view wasn’t great at first, and I wasn’t sure about the lack of a TV, but I ended up really enjoying the property’s vibe.

We wanted a peaceful, beautiful place for our honeymoon, and this hotel gave us that. Alex was a delight while helping my husband and me check in.

The location is hard to beat, with the beach less than a two-minute walk away and downtown close by. I loved all the little extras in the clean, beautiful room, including an oil diffuser, sound machine, and yoga mats. Everyone I met on staff was kind and friendly. The Surf Club amenities were awesome, too. I stayed two nights and can’t recommend it enough. I hope to come back someday.

The details around the property felt carefully chosen to help guests relax. We’re grateful for the attentive hospitality and memorable stay. It offered the comfort and touch of luxury we wanted, and we’d gladly return and recommend it.
