Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace - Disney Springs® Area

The poolside meal at Shades was a highlight. The food was fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced, and GIORGI was especially friendly and professional. His service added a personal touch and made dining by the pool even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful holiday stay at the Hilton Buena Vista Palace in Orlando. The staff were attentive and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The pools were a fun, relaxing spot for both adults and kids. I'd highly recommend the hotel for an enjoyable stay in Orlando.

The adjoining room door let through a lot of sound, and we could hear everything from next door. That was my only complaint. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and helpful, the views from the room were beautiful, and the lazy river and pool area were great. It's an excellent place for a quick Disney visit, right across from Disney springs and an easy walk away. The hotel also has shuttle service to all the parks. I'd definitely recommend it.

After a long day, we enjoyed relaxing by the heated lazy river and pool, and the shuttle to the Disney parks was very convenient. The first-floor store was impressive and stocked with everything you might need and more. We also added the breakfast buffet, which had delicious, high-quality options. The beds were comfortable, and every staff member we encountered was smiling, professional, and ready to help. At Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace – Disney Springs Area, check-in was quick and friendly. Staff clearly explained the amenities and made sure the add-ons I'd chosen were right. Our room was clean, fresh, and comfortable, and the balcony stood out for its great views of Disney Springs and the surrounding area. I'd absolutely recommend the hotel and look forward to returning.

When my son had an allergic reaction by the pool, the manager quickly arranged for medics and showed me where to get Benadryl at the little market outside. I later found out my mom had slipped him some ranch, and he has an egg allergy. I was overwhelmed while he was upset, but the manager stayed calm, helped me breathe, and checked on us afterward. After Benadryl, a cool bath, and a nap, he was happy and back to himself. I was also assessing how he was doing, and I was grateful for how well management handled it. I visited last year for the first time with my mother and son, and we're planning to go again this year. We had a phenomenal time. I loved the location and being able to walk over to disney springs, the views, and how kind and accommodating the hotel representatives and management were. I'm a new mom with an infant who has several allergies, and the support we received meant a lot. I look forward to visiting again soon.
