I've stayed at this particular property about three times now, and it's one of the best HVCs I've visited. The room was spectacular, the balcony chairs were comfortable, and the grounds are beautiful with plenty to do if you want to stay in. My balcony looked out over the parking lot, though some buildings probably face the lake. I haven't stayed in one of those rooms. Parking caused trouble on earlier trips, but this time it was excellent. You're close to I-4, with lots of food options within five minutes, including places open until 2 am, plus a Waffle House and a couple of gas stations. Disney Springs is only 15-20 minutes away. The TV is a big frustration: good luck figuring out how to watch a game. I had Spectrum.net and watched on my phone, since casting to the TV isn't possible. The fitness center is closed for renovations until January, so keep that in mind if you're visiting between December 2025 and January 2026. I slept in the bed myself, so no photo of it.

Parking was so easy, which made getting around much more convenient. The grounds were also well maintained, and the spacious rooms make this a good choice for large families. The dining room worked nicely for gathering together. The property felt a little dated, and the TVs weren't working during our stay. The sofa could use an upgrade too, to something bigger and more comfortable.

Our family of seven had plenty of room in the clean three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit. Having a washer and dryer was a lifesaver, and staff took care of whatever we needed quickly. We didn't get time to try the pool or the other amenities. The hotel is close to both Disney and Universal, and we'd definitely stay here again.

The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are accommodating, and the location is great. It was mostly quiet, though the upstairs neighbors sounded like they were wearing concrete shoes and dropping things. The people below us kept shifting their patio furniture around at 2:00 am, and I honestly thought it was thunder. Maybe ask for a top-floor room. Those two neighbor issues aside, we loved the stay and will come back.

It felt like a little apartment, with a kitchen, balcony, and several rooms, so our family could spread out and enjoy being together. It's a comfortable, spacious setup for a trip with kids, and we had the best time at this Hilton. Definitely recommend it for families.
