Studio 6 Extended Stay - Kissimmee, FL - Orlando

We checked in at 4, but couldn’t get into the room until around 10. After showering, we tried to settle in and roaches started crawling out everywhere. We moved the beds away from the walls, but they still got onto the beds and crawled on me and my kids. We kept killing them every couple of minutes, and there were dead ones all over the room. The office was closed and empty when we tried to report it, so I packed up with my kids and we slept in the car. I called corporate because nobody at the office would answer, then waited until morning to speak to someone. They refused even a partial refund because we had used the shower and towels, though we never slept in the room. I understand charging for what we used, but they could see on the cameras that we left. This was our New Year’s stay, and it was the worst place ever. Never going back. Don’t waste your money in that dump.

I lived here for a little over three months. During a recent inspection, housekeeping came into my room while I was away. My $80 Apple Pencil had been beside the bed, and when I got back the room was spotless but the pencil was gone. The next day I asked about it. Instead of reassuring me, they told me to leave, called the police, and had me trespassed. Natali was the property supervisor. I understand why someone might choose to live here, since it’s deposit free and pet friendly, but the housekeeping and supervisors conduct poor business. Making someone leave for asking about missing property is not right. You should be ashamed.

The front office shut at 7 pm, so we had to call and wait almost half an hour for someone to come check us in. When we finally stepped into the room, there were four roaches right away, and we left to ask for a refund. The area also felt super sketchy. I can’t believe they charge what they do.

Everything was great, and the rooms are lovely. You feel welcome here. Myron and Alexis were the best, really helpful and patient. I’d only ask for stronger Wi-Fi and more TV channels. Thank you.
