Cannibal Cabins

Teresa and her staff went out of their way to find something I didn't realize was missing until we got home. They found a diamond that had fallen from my wedding ring in the gravel in front of the cabin. Amazing! We stayed three nights, and the cabins were clean, with comfortable beds and luxurious linens. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal, and Teresa had clearly thought through all the little touches and supplies. You can rent OHVs next door, which made it great to leave our vehicle safely parked at the cabins. We had the best experience, highly recommend this wonderful vacation rental, and will most definitely be back. I can't say enough good things about our host Teresa.

No AC, but there are fans everywhere, so the cabin stayed comfortable. It was small but had everything we needed. Teresa was so accommodating and had clearly thought about what a family might need, even leaving k cups for the keurig and a drip pot under the sink. We've stayed in a lot of cabins for OHV trips, and this one is at the top of our list. We enjoyed Lake City a lot, too. It's a wonderful town, and I'd recommend staying here again.

The location was perfect for getting away from busy city life. We could relax, walk around town, take short hikes, or go on a several hours razor trip into the mountains for breathtaking views, depending on what we wanted. There are a couple of convenience stores, gas stations, a grocery store with most essentials, and some souvenir shops nearby. The cabin was cozy, with crisp, clean bedding and a pretty clean bathroom. Its kitchenette is a good size for preparing some meals. Teresa and Robin are top notch hostess. I'd definitely come back and suggest these cabins to friends and family!

The owners are wonderful, the cabins are clean and cozy, and the location is great. A friend and I stayed for two nights and had such a lovely, relaxing time. I slept better than I have in a long while. I'm already planning my next three trips for next season!
