Comfort Suites Lake City

The staff are the best part of this hotel. They’re kind, helpful, and accommodating, and have always treated me and my friends well on my many visits. They’re friendly and go beyond what their jobs require. When something goes wrong, they apologize and try to fix it quickly. The lobby and breakfast area are comfortable places to chat or play games with family and friends, during the day or evening. The rooms are clean and comfortable, I love the pillows, and breakfast is very good. The manager and team deserve credit for their cheerful manner.

A restaurant is within walking distance across the street, though I didn’t try it, so I can’t say how the food is. The front desk staff were nice when I checked in, and breakfast and coffee were decent. My room was clean and nice for the price, with a super comfortable bed and pillows. Even though the hotel is right by the highway, I didn’t hear the traffic while I was there for business. There was a horrible smell when I first walked in, almost like gas or rotten eggs, but luckily I couldn’t smell it in my room.

I keep making this hotel part of my trips because it’s right off the interstate, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff are awesome and friendly. The breakfast choices were the usual ones for Choice hotels, but the staff kept everything stocked and clean. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to

The biggest issue was people on our floor being loud. I called security to ask if they could get them to stop, but the noise went on all night and started up again first thing in the morning. We stayed here while traveling, and the room itself was very nice, with a comfortable bed and a pleasant sitting area. I wish I’d taken a picture before we made a mess. The ice machine wasn’t on every floor, but that seems pretty normal at hotels now.
