Executive Inn & Suites

For the price, this was a very pleasant surprise. I’d worried about cleanliness after a terrible stay at another cheap motel in Lakeview, but this place was clean inside, despite how the exterior looks. The carpets and bedding were nice, the bed was comfortable, and the sink area was fine. The bathtub and shower seemed old and a bit grimy, though, and the shower head was rusty and awful. I still gave it five stars because everything else was so clean for the rate, and the service was excellent. We’d driven seven hours and arrived early, so I called to ask about checking in. Even though 2 pm was already an early check-in time, the man let us come an hour sooner and called when the room was ready. I’d requested a ground-floor room because I have an infant, and they accommodated that too. I’d recommend staying here if you want a clean place without paying $165 for the Best Western or settling for a run-down motel.
