We stayed in the king suite with the whirlpool tub. It was clean and worked well, though I found the water temperature a bit hard to control. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with a fridge, microwave, and decent-sized TV. The bed was comfortable, and we barely heard any hallway activity, so the rooms seemed pretty soundproof. We enjoyed our stay and will be back when we're in the Brick/Lakewood area.

The service was good and respectful, and they served a delicious breakfast. I found the location pleasing, with enough space for the hotel to have a pool. The room was neat and the beds were comfortable. There was also a hairdryer in the bathroom, a nice feature for guests who need one. All in all, I thought this Best Western was a comfortable place to spend the night.

The pool towels could've been bigger and more absorbent, but I enjoyed my stay and would return. The staff were friendly, and our group fit comfortably in the room, which had a nice view of the garden area. The bathroom was spacious and the toiletries smelled pleasant. The hotel was close enough to the beach for an easy trip, but far enough away to avoid the traffic and noise.

The only downside was the drive to the seaside and Point Pleasant boardwalks. They were 18mins away, though it was a fairly quick drive. Check-in was fast, the hotel was immaculately clean, and the showers were hot. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean too. The bed and pillows felt like home, and the hallways stayed quiet all night. Breakfast was free but limited due to COVID, with simple grab-and-go items. I'd definitely stay again.

Taylor was amazing throughout our three-day stay, and the room was clean and smelled nice when we arrived. The only problem was our key card and the door lock. They got us into another room in less than five minutes. We had a very pleasant stay, and breakfast was great.
