Exclusivo Inn & Suites

I felt threatened when a man kept coming to my room, acting like he'd got the wrong door, then asking me to smoke with him. I told the front desk, but they didn't check cameras, offer security, or move me to another room. The lack of concern was shocking. I don't think they would've helped if something serious had happened. Think twice before staying here.

After dealing with rain and traffic to get here for a romantic Jacuzzi-room getaway, I had a woman pounding on my door for about five minutes to get me to move my car. She had my phone number, so there was no reason to come banging like that. The only parking spot at the time was so tight I couldn't even get in and out of the car. I took a shower, checked out, and left. What a waste of time and money.

Our honeymoon suite with a jacuzzi was nice and clean, and it smelled good when we came in. The downside was supplies: just two big bath towels, no shampoo, and only a tiny bar of soap.

The rates are really good, with a small deposit, and the place is pet friendly. I come to this area for work and sometimes for fun, and I keep choosing the exclusivo. The rooms are clean and newly remodeled, customer service is excellent, and the location is handy, with freeway access and shops and restaurants less than a mile away. It's right across from the Long Beach towncenter, and one of my best stays in Long Beach. I'd recommend it if you need a place around here.
