The surrounding area isn’t the greatest, and the food nearby is just north of awful, so come for the staff and rooms. I’ve rarely booked the same hotel twice, but after a stay here I chose it again for a second week, with a month between visits. The rooms are spacious, well kept, and have a kitchenette. The staff are great, especially Raven, Teri, and Kyle, who are helpful and personable, and the cleaners are super nice too. If you can get a room on the side away from the highway, it’s nice and quiet. If work brings me near here again, I’ll definitely stay here.

Rayvn helped me get a room when flooding forced me to evacuate my home, and she was lovely to chat with. Jule, I think that was her name, was also great at breakfast, friendly and right on top of the service. The staff made this one of my best hotel experiences, even compared with more expensive places I’ve stayed. The king suite was good too. My only complaint is that the TVs are extremely slow and laggy. With patience, though, you can use free ad-free HBO Max along with your Netflix and YouTube accounts.
6/10
I’ve usually had good rooms and amenities here, but this stay had a nonworking elevator, damp floors, no hot water, and mold in the shower. I’m leaving and will definitely reconsider booking this hotel on my next business trip.
6/10
Housekeeping were the best, so sweet and helpful. Maybe put them at the front desk instead, because the desk staff need to improve. I paid extra for enhanced internet, but YouTube and other media loaded slowly. Even HBO took a long time, and the front desk wasn’t helpful despite there being lots of companies.
10/10
The rooms are consistently clean and spacious, and both the front desk and maintenance service are great. Shout-out to my buddy Ariel, who’s always wonderful when checking me in after midnight.
