When our daughter got sick during a vacation road trip, staying at Quality Inn turned out to be the best decision. The place was quiet, clean, and comfortable, which made a stressful situation easier. The staff were caring and understanding. They offered late checkout and upgraded us to a suite, giving us extra room and comfort while we were there. We really appreciated the help and hospitality. You may see some negative reviews, but many guests don't take the time to post about good experiences. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, supportive place to stay.

The back entrance from the parking lot wouldn't latch unless we pulled it shut until it clicked, which didn't feel secure at all. The room had cleanliness and climate control problems, and both the bathroom fan and heating system fan made such awful noise that we barely slept. Only a few remote buttons worked. To turn the TV on or off, adjust the volume, or change channels, we had to walk over and reach around its side. The place looked run-down and abandoned, with something very off about it, almost as if it had closed for six months and reopened just as we arrived. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The price was low by 2026 standards, but even at $120 I felt they shouldn't be charging people.
