Americas Best Value Inn Lansing

For the price, it’s not bad. I’ve stayed here on and off for a while, and housekeeping does a really good job keeping it clean. The staff have been good, too. I’d recommend it to family and friends.

For 315, a one-bedroom unit is comfortable and worth staying in. The bed was good, the AC worked well, and the room attendants were surprisingly welcoming and helpful. There were a few spiders, but that’s normal, and there were NO BED BUGS. Ownership could put money into a remodel, though. I’ll be back, thank you.

It was quiet here, unlike a few motels we stayed at this week. The room was pretty clean and the beds were fine, with nothing broken or burn holes in the blankets. There were a few spots that could’ve been cleaner, but no bedbugs. The TV had more channels than I expected. There was also a mini fridge and microwave, though those might only be in rooms rented by the week.

The low price and hot tub were both things I enjoyed. But the carpets need cleaning, and the rooms smelled bad from people smoking inside. An air purifier would help. There was also something dirty on the bathroom door, and the smoke detector was missing completely. That’s a fire code violation.
