The room and bathroom were spacious, and the hotel was clean and suited to a business trip. Breakfast was included, lunch and dinner choices were limited, and the staff were friendly. One odd thing is that the front desk staff also cook the meals. My room stayed at 76° and wouldn't cool down, so in February I had to run the air conditioning.

Mr. Willis was so kind and welcoming when we checked in. The hotel was clean and up to date, and the pool was nice too. Great choice for teams traveling for sports, highly recommend.

My room felt like a little house, with a really nice bathroom, a mini kitchen, and a living room. It was very spacious, and the TV rotated all the way around. Staff understood the reservation problem and fixed things on their end to get it active. I'd recommend the hotel and hope to come back soon.

I stayed here for an extended period by myself and felt safe and well looked after. The parking deck was convenient, especially on rainy days, and felt secure. Room service kept up with the rooms and hallways. Ashley was wonderful with my reservations. I'm working in another area now and really miss having this place as my spot. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Housekeeping only brought fresh towels, even though at check-in I was asked whether I wanted morning cleaning and said yes. They didn't make the beds or straighten up the room, despite us being gone from 8 am to 5 pm. Breakfast was good, and the hotel itself was clean and nicely appointed. But the parking charge and the way it was handled left me unimpressed with Hyatt. The website says, “we offer self-parking for $10.” It was presented as mandatory, and when I raised that with the front desk, the conversation was uncomfortable. Calling it an offer suggests guests have a choice. Ten dollars a night also surprised me, since this isn't downtown with scarce parking, and there are huge surface lots next door. It felt like a money grab. I'm not sure I'll give the hotel another chance to earn my business.
