The Tuesday and Wednesday socials from 5-7 PM were a nice touch. Being able to get a beer or wine at the hotel after a long day was great, and the mall is literally within walking distance. I stayed in a suite with a comfortable bed, good pillows, a nice couch, and a TV that worked perfectly. The iron was fine, the room was cleaned properly each day, and the cleaning staff left my things alone. Staff in general were friendly and helpful. The only little room issue was the towel hanger coming loose and falling off without me touching it. I fixed it myself, so nothing major. The first day was a bit hectic because the hotel was packed with families. I’m pretty sure it was some kind of Mexican holiday, and being next to the mall made the crowds understandable. After that, everything went smoothly. It was a good stay, and I’d consider coming back.

The gym is amazing, and happy hour is pretty good. The hotel itself was great, but my room stayed at 79 degrees and wouldn’t get cold. I ended up sleeping in my friend’s room.

The rooms had plenty of space, and there’s an indoor gym. Breakfast was decent, and the TV channels provided nice entertainment. It’s near the mall, too.

Laura makes the breakfast, which is pretty decent, and she’s the sweetest. She always welcomes my coworkers and me with hugs, smiles, and warmth. Claudia and her staff know me by name and take care of whatever I need as a guest. Everyone has always been friendly and accommodating. I stay here a lot for work, and this Fairfield has become my home away from home. Traveling and being away from home for work can be hard, but staying here makes it much easier. It’s been one of my best hotel experiences. Thanks to all the staff at this location, you guys are amazing!
