Motel 6 Laredo, TX - South

The room was really clean, and this is the nicest, cutest hotel in the world! I loved that there are lots of food places nearby, so you've got options. Cindy at the front desk gave me great service, and the service overall was sooo great. I'll recommend this hotel to others!

Cindy deserves a special thank you for being so kind and helpful. The whole staff is amazing, attentive, and focused on helping guests. This is one of the most affordable, clean, well-organized motels you can book, and I wish I could give it more stars. Motel 6 is the best, and I'll definitely come back. Highly recommend this place!

Most of the staff I met were kind and respectful, and the owners seemed like good people. I had no trouble with the parking lot, which always felt accessible and safe. The rooms stayed clean during my month-plus stay at Motel 6 in Laredo, Texas. Even though pets are allowed, I only saw a bug once the whole time. But one front desk employee, who I think may have been a supervisor, made things difficult whenever I asked for help, even for clean towels. She wouldn't give her name, was rude and dismissive, and had a bad attitude. I couldn't get her to listen, and basic interactions became a struggle. It was disappointing that repeated encounters with this one person overshadowed an otherwise decent stay.

There are plenty of food options within walking distance, but I wouldn't recommend the hotel itself. Check-in was a nightmare because of the language barrier and the employee's lack of experience. There wasn't a microwave or refrigerator in the room, and the TV had no channels at all. Not sure why it's even there, maybe just decoration.
