There isn't a restaurant or bar here, which is a downside. Hilton points also seem to be valued lower than usual, and there was no Diamond recognition or upgrade option. Still, it's a good base for a trade show if you'd rather avoid the Strip's chaos, and Uber makes it easy enough to come here for fun. This was my first stay at this location. The setup suits a longer visit: two bedrooms, a kitchen, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The room showed some wear but wasn't dirty. We had a patio overlooking the pool, plus a large family room with a TV that supports casting.

The staff sent me a text each day to see if I needed anything, which was a nice touch. I couldn't enjoy the pool or the room's patio because it was cold, but I'd come back when I'm in Vegas. I stayed for three nights. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and everything felt spacious. With two bedrooms, each with a TV, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a washer and dryer, it felt like an apartment-style hotel. The location was close to the Strip, and getting in and out was easy.

Eve and Mathias were especially great, and the service and property as a whole were wonderful. It was quiet, safe, and comfortable. We come for SHOT Show every year and usually stay on Freemont. A friend gave us the chance to stay here, and we liked it so much that we joined Hilton Grand Vacations. We'll definitely be back.

The place feels quite dated, like stepping back ten years. The rooms were satisfactory and clean, with all the provisions you might need, though there were a few minor issues that staff helpfully sorted out. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout; I can't fault reception or the service team. There was a bit of a pushy price-share pitch to visit experiences. The location works if you want to be away from the bustle, but it also leaves you far from shops, a supermarket, and entertainment. There are a couple of good local bars and restaurants nearby; otherwise, you'll need a car. The children's pool was closed during our stay, but they told us ahead of time, so it didn't inconvenience us. There was also a payment problem because they didn't recognize that we'd prepaid, so we had to pay again until HQ sorted it out. Having the cost doubled at first wasn't a pleasant start, and I still don't know what caused the mistake.
