The room itself was good, but the front desk service was horrible. The woman there yelled, hit the table, and wouldn't let my family or me explain that we'd booked online. She tried to charge us extra, saying early check-in cost $35, but it turned out to be $56. We later learned she was the manager, Renee. I felt she was trying to take extra money, and her attitude toward us was rude and disrespectful of both us and the policies. She ruined our stay and our mood. We're never coming back. This hotel needs a new manager before she ruins it little by little. Save your money and peace of mind, and book somewhere else if you want a nice, peaceful weekend.

Madam, this feels like bait and switch. We booked a room we saw on booking.com, then got a message saying our card had been declined. Before booking, we'd seen the hotel's own website listing the price for almost $100 more. When we called back, they admitted the invalid-card email was an excuse to tell us there were no rooms. booking.com then contacted the hotel, and the woman told them we'd cancelled. Now the hotel's website shows a rate $40 higher per night. Bad business practice!

The beach was only a few feet away, and I slept like a baby during my two-day stay. Once we got to the office, the lovely manager welcomed us and had us in our room within minutes. I was a bit puzzled when we first pulled up, but the room surprised me: lots of space, a remarkable layout, and a very comfortable king-size bed. I'll definitely be back.

The small pool was almost entirely ours while we were there, and the motel even provided beach chairs and umbrellas, which was a great extra. Mrs. Renee gave us outstanding service. Our room had plenty of space and came with a TV, kitchen, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, plus cups, cutlery, and plates. We could walk to the beach, restaurants, and little shops, with a grocery store and other conveniences nearby. We were thoroughly impressed and had a wonderful time. I strongly recommend this motel.

We loved this old Florida mom-and-pop motel. The rooms were spic-and-span clean, and the front desk was really helpful with tips on nearby places. They also provided beach chairs and an umbrella, which was a real bonus. Sloan’s Ice Cream is just a block away. It's a little pricey, but worth every bite.
