Sea Cliff Motel

My son and his family wanted to visit after I moved back to South Florida, but my place wasn't ready, so they booked a room at Sea Cliff. I was really impressed by Tina and the staff, who went above and beyond. The room worked wonderfully for a family, with a living room and pullout couch, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. It was immaculate and had everything we needed to make meals and spend time together. They even provided a pack-and-play for my granddaughter, plus beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler. If you've traveled with three kids under six, you know how handy that is. It felt more like a vacation than moving for a weekend. We enjoyed the pool and the patio off the room, and the hotel is across the street from the beach.

The neighborhood was safe, clean, and quiet, and parking was free. We could walk to lots of restaurants, beach bars, ice cream shops, and stores. Once you're here, the circuit app gets you $2 rides around town. We loved Sea Cliff and can't wait to return. We stayed two nights before a cruise in upstairs room 205, and from now on it'll be our spot when we cruise from Fort Lauderdale or Miami. The efficiency room had a beautifully furnished living room, a huge picture window, and patio seating with an ocean view outside our door. The full kitchen was stocked with everything we could need. Everything was clean, which matters most to me, and the room was cozy and comfortable too. The bed linens and pillows were great, and the clean bathroom and shower had strong water pressure. There were Smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom. The bedroom closet had beach chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella, and the gorgeous beach was literally a 30-second walk away. If you don't feel like going to the beach, the pool has a fantastic ocean view. There's free Wi-Fi and laundry if needed. Tina is wonderful, and you can tell she puts a lot of care and love into Sea Cliff. The rooms have a cute beach theme, and the couch pulls out into a bed. This motel seems to have a devoted following, and I understand why now. We met a family who come from London every year to stay here. Tina, thanks for a wonderful visit. We'll definitely be back!

Tina, the manager, has done a great job outfitting the rooms with beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, real coolers, dishes, nice bedding, and other thoughtful touches. She's making positive changes and will do what she can if you have a request. Tina, Vinnie, and Paula, thanks for the hospitality! On my first stay at Sea Cliff, I felt safe, comfortable, and at home, and enjoyed the community most of all. The poolside rooms are convenient for getting to the beach and local hot spots. My dad and his wife have been coming to Lauderdale by the Sea for years, and Sea Cliff is their regular place. I can see myself staying again.

My wife and I had a very pleasant two-night stay. The room was clean and felt homey, and we'll absolutely come back.
