My family and I have been visiting the windjammer for decades. Even as the area has grown more popular, it still feels like a home away from home. It's always clean, the people are friendly, and we've felt safe bringing our young kids along. There's plenty to do, and everything we need is close by. We love it here.

There's always something fun to do nearby, and South Florida looks its best here. The location is fantastic. Be sure to see the beautiful new mural. You'll remember your stay at The Windjammer.

The place is adorable, relaxing, and kept neat and clean. We stayed for July 4th, and the front desk and other staff we met were really nice. From our patio, we could look out at the ocean, with our room facing either the beach or the pool. They have chairs, umbrellas, bikes, and floats available to use for free. Everything is so close that you don't need a car, or even need to bring one. Can't beat the location. We'll be back!

You can walk to the town center from The Windjammer, just a block away. The place is very clean, the staff are wonderful, and it sits right on the beach. There are two pools as well. A wonderful place to stay.

There are two pools on site, which are great for families with kids, plus a BBQ, bicycles, beach toys, and on-site parking. The rooms have mini kitchens, and the staff provide excellent customer service. The beach is practically at your doorstep, less than 100 feet away. Lauderdale by the Sea is also an easy walk, under five minutes, with lots of excellent restaurants and ice cream shops. We'd definitely return.
