The staff were nice, and the rooms were clean. The hot tub and pool were nice, and breakfast was all right. But if you've got long hair, the shower is frustrating: after about 10 minutes the water pressure does a weird drop, so washing my hair takes extra time.

We were close enough to walk to a few chain restaurants and the arena, which was handy. The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were very clean. Breakfast was good too. What really stood out was the front desk: we met around four different people during our stay, and every one of them was friendly. Amanda welcomed me at check-in and made sure my two dogs felt welcome too. We'll definitely come back.

The location worked well for us, with stores and restaurants just across the highway. There was complimentary coffee, tea, fresh fruit like apples, bananas, and oranges, and cookies available around the clock. Breakfast had eggs, sausage, potatoes, and a waffle maker with different batters. Vanilla was there daily, while chocolate, cinnamon swirl, and banana rotated. The hotel and rooms were clean and well maintained, and Mark at the front desk was friendly, easy to talk to, and knew the area well. I'd definitely stay again.

Getting here early on a snowy, slippery morning was made much nicer by Robin GM and Amanda AGM, who greeted me so warmly. They're very nice people. The hotel had a great atmosphere and was well maintained. No disappointments.

The pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing, and there were plenty of breakfast choices. I had a great room and found the staff friendly. It's in a convenient spot off I-81, and we plan to stay here again.
