Two weekends in a row now, and both visits have been great. My boys love it, the assistant manager is friendly and helpful, and the pool is so relaxing. They serve hot pancakes in the morning, too. Our rooms were clean and spacious, the beds comfortable, and the service great. I don't know how old the other reviews are, but when I'm in Laurel this is the only place I'll book. Thanks for a great experience, I 💯 recommend it.

Felicia was wonderful at check-in. She found us a much better price for one of the newly renovated rooms, even cheaper than the person who booked us over the phone, and offered our son a snack from the dining area. The renovations are night and day compared with our stay a month ago. We come back to Laurel every time, and the convenient location, good rates, and great staff keep bringing us back.

Milton went above and beyond, and the hospitality from the staff was amazing. We had a lovely stay, with a clean room and a comfy bed.

After driving over seven hours through a major storm, we arrived to find they couldn't accommodate my electric scooter because there was no elevator, and they said they no longer allowed service dogs. We'd reserved a disabled room for me and our two service dogs two months ahead. Staff didn't try to sort anything out or help fix the mess, so we had to find somewhere else to stay. I don't recommend this hotel.

The employee who checked me in was very nice, and the hotel has potential, especially since it's being redone. Still, right now it's very dirty and has a kind of moldy smell, so I wouldn't recommend staying there yet.
