Best Western Plus Laurel

The room and WiFi were both fine, and the hotel is conveniently close to I-95. Tampico Grill next door was good, with a 15% discount for Best Western guests. Breakfast at the hotel was a letdown, though, with very limited pre-packaged or factory-made choices. Overall, an okay place.

The property felt safe and well kept, and the location was convenient for getting around Laurel while still being peaceful at night. My room was spotless, spacious, and quiet, with a very comfortable bed and great amenities. Staff were warm and professional, and clearly cared about making guests feel welcome. Breakfast had lots of fresh options and tasted great. I had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Laurel, and I’ll book here again on my next trip.

I only needed a room for one night while my local home was being renovated, but the stay was so good I’d come back just because. The place smelled fresh and relaxing, which made it feel clean and comfortable. Everything exceeded what I expected, from the room and amenities to the staff and accommodations. I was amazed from the moment I walked in. It cost less than a rundown Red Roof Inn, yet the quality was night and day better. One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in, hands down. I'd rate it 13/10 if I could.

At check-in late in the evening, Vera was friendly, welcoming, and personable. The room was average, with ordinary bath linens but good-quality bedding. Breakfast barely changed across the four mornings: fried eggs, sausage patties, sliced bread, bagels, danish, or small muffins. Don't arrive late, since the food isn't replenished and the doors close right on time. The breakfast staff seemed uninterested, with little personality and no smiles.
