Brittany at the front desk was the real star of my stay. I booked at 10 pm from the airport for a last-minute one-night visit, and she welcomed me warmly at 11, helped me find the best rate, and was so cheerful and kind. When I came down in my pajamas because I’d forgotten bathroom essentials, she gladly went out of her way to help. She clearly loves her job. Thank you for a great stay, Brittany! The hotel was clean, though parts felt a little run down beside the many other Fairfield Inns I’ve stayed at. The rooms are somewhat dated and could use fresh paint. I’d still stay again in a heartbeat, but people familiar with other Fairfield Inns may notice this one is a bit different.

I would’ve been fine with the third floor if I’d known what was happening and had a choice. I like staying high up, and the fifth floor was under major construction. After settling in around 4 or 5 pm, I mostly heard noise that sounded like it was coming from next door. They finally stopped after 5 pm, and thankfully Sunday was quiet.

The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are spacious and clean. They’re renovating the property right now. I’m a pretty particular Brand Elite traveler, and I’ve stayed here more than 10 times for business. Enjoy your stay!

Staff are very friendly, and everything feels clean and comfortable. The whole facility looks recently remodeled. Having a fridge and microwave in the room is always a plus for us, and breakfast was decent.

The one bright spot was the front desk staff, and there are decent restaurants nearby. The rest was rough. The parking lot is full of construction materials that have been rained on again and again, and a very slow remodel seems to be underway. The workers doing it are staying at the hotel, grilling and drinking in the lot at night, then starting power tools at 8 am. Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke, the gym was awful, and breakfast was skimpy.
