Casey Key Resort - Gulf Shores

You can only text this resort, so there’s no one to talk to about a problem or a reservation. The booking platform asks you to verify your banking app, which feels very scam-like when you’re just trying to make a reservation. The whole thing feels sketchy, and if you have a question, there’s nobody to speak with. I wouldn’t stay here!!!

We chose a one-bedroom apartment after talking with Cheryl, the manager, because we needed somewhere to stay while our home was tented for termites. We had no idea how long we’d need it, and Cheryl made everything very, very easy. She was one of the most flexible people on earth to work with. The apartment was excellent. We often have family or friends visiting and need extra room for them. From now on, Casey Key Resort will be our first choice for additional accommodations. It’s close, and we know guests will be comfortable and in good hands with Cherry and Cheryl. Highly recommend.

The bed was SO comfy, and we loved stepping right onto the beach. Pops is also an easy walk, and in the morning we could sit outside in the little tiki hut. We spent two nights here for our “minimoon” after the wedding, and everything was perfect. Cheryl was kind, helpful and quick to respond. The room was cute and clean. I’d recommend the place and would come back in the future.

A few steps from the front door, there’s an amazing beach view. The property has its own beach, plus chairs and a pavilion where you can sit in the shade. Our beach villa was updated and clean, right on the bay with an amazing view. Gorgeous, the best beach villa I’ve ever stayed in. The only thing I’d improve is the shower pressure, but this was still the best stay. Whoever greeted us was so nice and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back and recommend it to everyone. It’s so worth it!
