Quality Inn Laurinburg

There were three roaches running around when I entered the room. The walls were covered with food or something, and the bedspread had huge, obvious stains. Housekeeping doesn't seem to care. I went downstairs for a refund, but since I'd booked through hotels.com, I had to go through them. They contacted the hotel, which refused to give me a refund.

I always check the room, and this time, after checking in, the bed had hair and sheets that looked already slept in. There was hair on the toilet and in the tub too. Destiny at the front desk moved us, but the next room wasn't properly cleaned either. The bed was okay, but the bathroom and vanity weren't. A used washcloth was hanging between the shower curtain, there were hairs on the toilet and urine at the bottom, the faucet was nasty, and water rings on the vanity showed it hadn't been cleaned. The toilet paper was dirty, so we opened a fresh roll. There was no shampoo or conditioner, but luckily we brought our own. The coffee pot had no coffee, a dead bug was by the window, and the AC unit was dirty. At 5 a.m., someone woke us by revving their car several times. When I spoke with the front desk, all I got was an apology, with no offer of compensation. For $115 a night, this isn't worth it. Choice Hotels and this Quality Inn need to do better. I have pictures of everything. We're very disappointed and won't stay here again.

I came to town for work, but when I went to lie down, I found this. I called to ask for sheets and got hung up on. Destiny acted like it was my fault. Don't stay here, it's the worst place ever!

The setting feels safe, and food options are very close. Having an EV charger was essential for me. It's a great place to stay, and I'd recommend it to friends and family.
