Bed bugs in room 110. I was eaten alive and had to throw everything away and clean it all. I called, but they didn't care. Breakfast was just toast, cereal, or waffles. 0/10.

We were told they'd charge us for just one night, but they charged us for two before we'd even finished packing. The breakfast was very minimal, just toast and coffee or juice, and no staff were available at that time, though there were three in the front room as we left. When we checked in, the staff were friendly, but our room smelled musky and damp. The AC rattled and made a loud noise each time it turned off. On the second night, there was a cockroach on my pillow. The staff didn't seem surprised. A woman told me one room had been closed off because of cockroaches and said they spray every 50 days. I highly recommend staying somewhere else.

My wife had prepaid for the week in her name, and I didn't even know where the hotel was. Thank God she's such a good woman. She left me Saturday, and her boyfriend picked her up. Thank God 🙏 she and her boyfriend John Cowart were good enough to check into the room Saturday night, the same room I'd have to stay in all week. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I'm so glad they kindly left a card outside so I could get into the room my wife and I paid for. The staff and everyone here have been excellent, kind, considerate, and understanding. The hotel is very clean and well-kept, quiet and peaceful. It's a nice hotel, and I recommend staying here.

The room was basic but clean, and the bed was comfortable enough for a short stay. The AC worked well, and it was quiet at night. The front desk staff were polite and check-in was quick. The location made it easy to get around, with restaurants and the Kemah area nearby. There was some minor wear in the room, and breakfast choices were pretty limited, but neither ruined the stay. For the price, it was a reasonable place to rest for a night or two, and I'd consider coming back if I needed a budget-friendly place in the area.
