Nikki at the desk was kind, helpful, and professional. She checked us in and out and chatted with us like she already knew us. The lobby is spacious, with coffee and a restaurant. The room was big and nice, and Chad from maintenance helped us find it and get there. Nice people and very professional employees.

The good parts were the comfortable bed, the clean room despite its dated look, and a nice pizza and sandwich shop across the street. That's about it. The fire alarm is very loud, as it should be, and went off twice the evening I stayed. The local fire department seems capable, because after they worked on it there were no more alarms. The walls are paper thin. A crying baby and a stressed mother next door were very loud. I don't know why the mother's hair tie was such a big deal, but she certainly couldn't find it. Breakfast was abysmal for a budget hotel. I had to ask the attendant for a cereal bowl when they finally appeared. There was no cream cheese for the bagel, just butter and a spoon to spread it with. The milk jug was nearly full but six days past its expiration date. At least the bananas were fresh. I can say for sure I won't stay here again.

The room itself wasn't terrible, but the beds weren't very comfortable. I didn't check the microwave or fridge. The bathroom smelled bad and looked a hundred years old, and there was an unknown brown substance on the floor by the toilet that looked like poop. Everything felt run down. I was uncomfortable and felt unsafe staying here. The front desk staff were very nice, but that was the only positive. Outside felt sketchy and smelled horrible, and the odor was even worse inside. There are casino machine things in the lobby that make it look cheap. My sister saw a guy at one of them and said he flipped her off in a way. The elevator smelled horrible too and looked like it could break any moment. The place was poorly lit and had an unsafe feel. I don't recommend it at all. There's a nicer, probably more expensive hotel not too far away, and I'd suggest going there. Stay away from this one.

The bed was comfortable and the room was huge, but it wasn't furnished like a “suite.” I would rather have paid more and received what was advertised. There was no breakfast, no room coffee maker, and no coffee in the lobby after about 9 a.m. The fridge was a block of ice, the restaurant was closed, and there was nowhere to plug in the hair dryer mounted on the wall. We got no maid service. The tissue box was empty, there was something trapped under the mirror, and mold surrounded the tub. I've stayed in cheaper no-name hotels that were cleaner. They call it “under renovations,” but they've been saying that for about 7 years. The parking lot was scary and poorly lit. There was only one handicap spot, and the entrance had no handicap accessibility. For a place carrying the Wyndham brand, it's disgraceful. I wonder if Wyndham is going downhill or if they just don't know what condition this hotel is in. The video slot machines all over the lobby made it feel even cheaper. The price was the best thing about it, but there was nothing else that matched what they advertised.

After checking in, we were told our room was in the building behind the lobby. The pool was full of green water and trash, and the building looked like it housed extended-stay guests. We had booked a non-smoking room, but the whole building smelled of smoke. Our door was standing open when we got to it. Inside, the window was wide open with no screen, paint was peeling, and mold covered the ceiling and areas around the windows. There were only two sheets on the beds, and the toilet and bathroom floor had rusty-looking stains. I'd booked before Christmas because the stay was a holiday gift and we had an event in the area. The online pictures looked decent for the price, and it was only meant to be one night. The lobby seemed fine and check-in was quick, but once we saw the room I panicked. I spent two hours trying to find somewhere else to sleep, then we checked out and stayed elsewhere. The woman at the desk didn't ask why we'd left so quickly and charged me the full night's stay. Disgusting doesn't cover it. This place should be condemned, and Wyndham should be ashamed to have its name on it. Do not book here.
