Ramada by Wyndham Lebanon

The staff were nice, but that was about the only good part. The double room was tiny and didn’t have the two queen beds described on the wyndham website, which felt like false advertising for this MOTEL. The toilet looked cobbled together and ready to fall over. Pieces were missing from the bathroom door, as if it had been pried open, and there was a piece of metal on it. The pillows were small and nearly empty. It was just gross.

When we arrived, my wife, our two kids, and I found someone under our bed. The owner, who had a gun, knew about this awful stay, and they must have been there before we got there. We showered, and when my wife got out, we could feel them moving around underneath. We called the cops, but couldn’t leave the room because they had put dots on us and turned our phones off so the cops couldn’t find the room. Hours later, we left. The owner was definitely in on it!

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, breakfast was adequate, and the price was very reasonable. We had a few small issues, but the manager was very nice when we brought them up. We were in room 128, right in front of the designated smoking area, so I wouldn’t recommend that room. We’d stay again, just somewhere else in the hotel.

The grounds were very clean and well manicured, and the pool was constantly maintained. Staff and housekeepers were incredibly kind and kept things clean. They were always on the move. The beds were super comfortable, the location was perfect, and even the other guests were kind. A couple of updates are needed, but I was very impressed and would recommend it. Edit: I just saw the other reviews and want to say I didn’t see a single bug.
