The bed was comfortable and the room clean enough, but don't stay here if you expect more than a place to sleep. There was no breakfast in the morning, not even coffee. I was too tired to go elsewhere, so I stayed, but I'd keep driving if I had the choice. My room was okay, but the heating and TVs were ridiculous. The first TV didn't work at all. The front desk couldn't get it working, then opened the unlocked adjoining room and said I could use both rooms. Its heater wouldn't turn on, and after about five minutes its TV stopped working too. At least that room's fridge worked, so I put my Gatorade there since the first room's fridge didn't. I was told by phone the fee for my small dog would be $15 and nonrefundable, but at check-in they said $50. That brought the total to $140 for one night.

The room was fair, though the place could use a good cleaning. We didn't have cups or soap, and got just one towel. The dresser drawer kept opening by itself, which was a real hazard. When the TV remote didn't work, the person at the desk gave us another room.

The beds were really comfortable and the rooms are nice, even if the outside, especially the side with the halls, looks a bit trashy. The breakfast listing oversells it: there was dry cereal with no milk, a Keurig machine, oatmeal, cereal bars, and one juice in the fridge.

We called around 7:40 pm to say we were on our way and needed a room, and they were kind and accommodating. My boyfriend and I had read the good reviews and decided to stay, and I'm really glad we did. The room was very clean, the water pressure was great, the AC was ice cold, and the bed was super soft and comfortable. We slept wonderfully and would happily stay again. Thanks for a great night's rest!
