Quality Inn & Suites Lebanon I-65

I spent 10 days here on a business trip and found it comfortable and quiet. The staff were courteous, and there was a hot breakfast each morning. All good, thanks.

The room was run-down and fairly expensive for what it was. The desk chair had lots of vinyl missing from the armrests and seat, the bathroom shelf was gone with only its brackets left, and the garbage can and walls were dirty. The mattresses were ripped, too. The TV barely worked during my four-day stay. When I asked, I was told they’d had trouble with Comcast for a long time. Channels either wouldn’t come in or were badly pixelated, though most of the time all I got was a black screen and an error message. The deadbolt on the door didn’t work either.

It’s a decent hotel in a handy spot beside the highway and close to food and stores. The rooms were a little dated but clean, and had shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower plus lotion by the sink. Breakfast had eggs and sausage, but no biscuit to put it on. There was orange juice, cereal, and a waffle maker, so it was still convenient.

A good rate for a hotel just off the highway ramp, convenient if you’re traveling and need to stop for the night. The service was polite and helpful. My room was clean, though the window screen had a hole in it.
