stayAPT Suites Lebanon-Nashville Area

Jennifer at the front desk was amazing and helped us when we needed to leave a day early. We stayed for 4 nights, and at 99 a night, this is a very nice place if you’re trying to save money. There’s a full kitchen set up for 4 people and 2 televisions, so it has everything you need. I’d come back. Just be aware that we had to pay in full at check in, plus a 250 dollar deposit that wasn’t mentioned when I booked.

My girlfriend and I needed somewhere to stay while looking for a home nearby, and Jennifer and her team were amazing through the whole time. We rented by the week at first, then extended one day at a time. The rooms are great and actually feel like your own apartment. There’s a TV in the living room and another in the bedroom, with space between them when separation is needed. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Angela made us feel welcome, even though we arrived after hours. Check-in was easy, and she was lovely to meet. We were just passing through and felt safe here. Since we had our dog with us, having the pet relief area right outside the nearest exit from our room was a big help. We loved our stay and will definitely come back.

Jennifer, the manager at the Lebanon – Nashville location, turned a reservation mistake I’d made into an enjoyable stay. Her knowledge and quick help sorted it out, and her customer care was outstanding. This is our last night for this reservation, but I’ll be back at this property and will use the company at other locations too. I’m looking forward to seeing Jennifer’s smile when we’re in the area again.
