There was no help from staff when we asked for another pillow, and during our two-night stay we never saw a single employee. The room smelled awful, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and the sink stank whenever the water was running. Hot water took a full ten minutes, and the hair dryer only blew cool air. The bed was mushy, and the sheets were discolored and stained. We were completely grossed out. This was the worst cheap motel dump I’ve ever stayed in. There was nobody around at check-in or any other time. This place should be torn down and rebuilt. Don’t stay here.

We had to find another place to stay and missed our dinner reservation after waiting hours for a room. We drove more than two hours expecting a 3 pm check-in, but the desk worker didn’t arrive until 3:15 and couldn’t get behind the desk because they didn’t have a key. We were then told to wait another half hour. When we asked to use the restroom, we were told to go to a local restaurant. Our room still wasn’t ready until 4:50. The property looked very run down, like a state-run shelter, and old mattresses and box springs were dumped behind the units near a stream. Calls for service went unanswered and messages were left. The desk clerk was rude and told us to go elsewhere if we didn’t like the service. Booking.com shouldn’t be associated with this business.

The location is great, but the room smelled strongly and strangely. It looked very old, with several areas needing repair or renovation, and the shower seemed to need fixing. Water pressure was poor. When I arrived, nobody was in the office, though there was a message telling guests to call and a large phone there. That phone didn’t work, so I called on my own phone and someone gave me directions to the room. It felt very odd, and I’d never experienced that before. Check-out worked the same way. For what they offer, the price was very expensive. I don’t recommend this place.

Don’t stay here. There was no one on site to help. At check-in, you call a guy’s cell phone, and he talks you through making your own key cards and tells you over the phone which room to go to. When several things were wrong with our room, I called the same number. Once he realized we needed help, he said he’d call back. Hours later, I called again to ask what was happening, and my number seemed to be blocked. It kept going to voicemail. I called from my wife’s phone, and when they realized who we were, they hung up. You can’t make this stuff up. They take your money and leave you hoping for the best, with no actual person there to help or move you to another room. The room smelled like a locker room, the TV didn’t work, and there was no shampoo in the tub. They charged $190, so don’t believe the misleading ad on their site. This place is a dump. This was our experience with the motel business run by that nationality in Lee, MA in 2025.
