Jennifer Kosiak, the property manager, has been the most inhumane person I’ve come across. She’s ruthless when it comes to resolving tenant issues. You can be sure that this management style affects the building employees and your comfort living there.

The neighbors are nice, and it’s been quiet during the four months I’ve lived here. Lots of dogs :-) Construction noise stops at 4 p.m., and I haven’t had trouble sleeping at night. Many improvements are in the works, and I think it’s good value.

The staff couldn’t help with the bathroom light for an entire day. The room was dirty, the floor was torn up, and the table was broken. The walls are thin, the TV is too small for what I paid, and anything plugged into the outlets falls out with the slightest movement.

The apartment reeks of weed and cigarette smoke. The walls are really thin, and because there are rental units, new tenants seem to keep me up all night every weekend. I can’t wait to move out.

The property manager had lost their copy of my door key, and it had been missing for a long time. Despite my instructions, they inspected my apartment while I was out. When I got home, several small valuables were gone.
