Rachel made checkout especially nice, even putting out breakfast bags for people leaving before the official breakfast time. John had also helped us get settled quickly when we arrived. The location felt safe, and the parking lot had plenty of room even for a large moving truck. It’s about two minutes from Buc-cees, which was a welcome extra. A great place to stay.

Cindy from housekeeping was the standout. She was on the elevator with us and was really nice. The renovations look clean and nice, and the staff weren’t rude, but they were barely talkative. I had to be the one saying good morning or have a nice day, and nobody asked how the stay was or invited us back. There was someone in the kitchen, but I never saw him. Also, the table edges were sticky and needed a more thorough wipe. If you want staff who are good at chatting with guests, try Chesterfield Valley Hampton in Missouri.

The hotel was a quiet, clean and comfortable place to stay, even with the highway very close by. It worked well for the work I needed to do, and Bucees is just down the street. The staff, parking and facilities were excellent. The rooms were good, though a little older in style. I’d stay here again if I get the chance.
