I won't stay here again. For over $100 a night, there was no microwave or coffee pot in the room, and the only microwave was down by the lobby desk for the whole hotel to share. The linens had several marks that looked like urine stains, along with drool stains. Quiet time is 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., yet at 10:45 p.m. a man was outside our bedroom window scraping and banging a shovel on the sidewalk to clear snow. I spoke to the night manager, but two minutes later he started again, as if she couldn’t care less. The rating must be dyslexic; 2.4 is more like it. Don’t waste your time or money.

It was fine for the price and convenient location, but the cleanliness needs work. There were visible urine streaks down the side of our toilet, the shower conditioner was completely empty, and the toiletry dispensers looked odd and visibly dirty.

Management Helen reached out about the problems I had this week and seemed quick to try to resolve them, so she gets a thumbs up. Still, for a new hotel, it’s missing basics and could turn things around. When I checked the room, I found bodily fluids, to be polite, on the bed's headboard and had to switch rooms. After buying food for the week, I discovered there was no in-room microwave, which was very inconvenient. The breakfast was bare minimum, despite the high reviews. At least there’s a store right next door for cold food, unless you don’t mind going from the fourth floor to the front desk to heat something up. Then this morning I stepped on a huge roach and had to clean it up. Now I need to check all my bags to make sure they’re clean. I could go on, but I think people get the point.

Loved the lobby and game room, especially the pool table, and breakfast was great. The staff were amazing, and the location made it easy to get everywhere. Our room was exactly what we asked for, clean, comfortable, and accessible. The shower was so inviting!
