We found the location convenient off Route 7, with easy drives to Lenox, Stockbridge, and Berkshires attractions. It’s less handy if you want to walk into downtown Lenox, and the surroundings feel more highway than scenic. Staff were friendly and shared useful local tips, including for Tanglewood and Norman Rockwell Museum. Our room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed, good AC, coffee maker, mini-fridge, and reliable Wi-Fi. The indoor pool and hot tub were a nice extra after hiking. Breakfast was decent, a standard buffet with hot items. Some carpets and fixtures look a little dated, so that’s why I’m not giving five stars. Still, it’s a dependable Marriott for a Berkshires trip, with good comfort and value. I’d stay again and recommend it for couples or families exploring the area. We visited for a weekend getaway in early 2026.

The rooms were average but clean, and I hadn’t realized cleaning was only every other day, so I would’ve been more prepared if I’d known. It’s a lower end Marriott. The lobby looks attractive, and having food and drinks available is nice. Given the area and the photos out front, I expected it to be a bit nicer.

I loved my stay. My room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the staff were so friendly and attentive, making sure I had what I needed. A perfect getaway!

The rooms were clean and good, but breakfast was awful. The premade food is overpriced and tastes bad, so don’t prepay for it. This isn’t really a restaurant, it’s basically a Starbucks, even though the website makes it sound like a proper restaurant.

There’s construction on the neighboring property, with loud banging going nonstop from 8:30 on a SATURDAY. If you had a peaceful countryside weekend in mind, think again. It felt like a cruel joke, or a scene out of My Cousin Vinny.
