I'd give this no stars if I could. I've had multiple belongings stolen, and I believe the owners Tammy and Jim let people into guests' rooms. When I told Tammy someone had been in mine, she laughed in my face. I changed the lock and had no more problems until the harassment started over refusing their "care package" of towels, toilet paper, etc. I had my own supplies, but Tammy actually told me to leave because I wouldn't take it. I couldn't deal with the harassment and moved out. They may have gotten rid of the bed bugs, but now there are cockroaches. Gross. Find a better hotel unless you're THAT desperate. This place gets -10 stars from me!

I went my entire stay without being given a key, and more than $400 worth of my belongings were stolen. Other people had animals, but I wasn't allowed to bring my fixed cat because my room had recently been renovated. The shower had no faucet, just a pipe sticking out of the wall with duct tape and laminate flooring. None of the cameras worked when I tried to get footage for the police, they were just for show. I absolutely don't recommend this place. Total scam artists.

My girlfriend and I were both covered in bites and bumps everywhere after our first night. I assume they were bed bug bites, though the manager had a maintenance worker take only a very brief look and declare the room fine. We had booked a week while moving to the Lewiston, Maine area and looking for permanent housing, since the price was decent. I was starting a great new job, but we had to switch hotels, and I missed my first few days of work while looking like a Disney monster. They then spent over an hour hassling me about a refund and insisting the hundreds of bites and bumps must have come from something else. It could have been an isolated incident, but I'd steer clear unless you want a free Quasimodo costume for Halloween.

The rooms are decent and have a TV and internet, but the location is too far out.

This is low-cost, long-term lodging for one person or a small family. Most rooms go by the week or month to local residents or people between homes, so it isn't really set up for a one-night stay, though those are sometimes available. If you're having a hard time and need somewhere to regroup for a few days or even a few months, this could work. Call ahead, though, since vacancies are scarce, especially in winter.
