I got a good price for two nights in a king room and was able to check in early. It was very quiet and almost empty, with shopping nearby, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The shower was hot and everything was clean. I'll keep this place bookmarked, though in my opinion the price could be better given demand. There's another Hilton down the street closer to the shopping center, and its rooms may have more space.

The beds were okay but on the firm side, and the room was spacious for a double. The walls were thinner than I'd have liked: on the first night, we heard the neighbor talking loudly after midnight, and my husband went out thinking the noise was in the hallway. He slammed the door and they quieted down. I requested a top floor because I'm a light sleeper and hear everything above us. The front desk first said there were no rooms up there, but after I complained, another man who arrived later was put on that same floor right away. Breakfast was decent but repetitive each day, and the staff served portions that were too big for me, so I wasted food. I'd rather serve myself lol. They put out one of each small cereal box, and I like to take two, but couldn't. The dry oatmeal sat in a bowl beside the hot water, which made me think of someone coughing or sneezing on it. The coffee bar's hot water wasn't hot enough for tea in the evening. The breakfast area was subpar, and after day two I was ready to eat at Ihop lol. The housekeeping and kitchen staff were sweet, though. Despite the issues, I'd stay again. I felt safe, and the back parking lot was well lit.

Check-in was easy, breakfast tasted good, and the staff were friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and I had a great experience. I'd always assumed Home 2 suites was a budget place that might smell, so I used to dismiss it, but that wasn't the case at all.

I reserved seven rooms in December and specified two queen beds in every room. The day before arrival, I checked the Hilton Honors app and saw that five of them were listed as king rooms. I called Gavin, who was extremely rude and said no queen rooms were left. He also said that because I was coming for a tennis tournament and had a military discount, which "is not allowed." Their staff had let me book the rooms, and he was just very rude.
