The Battle Road Trail is practically in the hotel's backyard, and you can walk there without getting in the car. It’s a wonderful historical place for a walk, and the hotel might want to advertise it more. We’ve stayed here several times in the last couple of months and plan to return. Every staff member has been amazing, friendly, and helpful. Our rooms have been clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Breakfast is great, and the pool and exercise areas are really nice. The Element has exceeded our expectations, and the area is peaceful and quiet. The front desk also has a great list of local restaurants on an information sheet. You can walk to the Loft hotel in the same parking lot, where the bar is open nightly. A friend recommended this place, and I’m glad they did.

Isaac at the front desk made this stay memorable. He greeted me warmly, answered my questions thoroughly, offered useful suggestions, and made me feel welcome. When I had a request, he took responsibility and made sure it was resolved quickly and smoothly. His thoughtful, attentive service felt personal, and his friendliness and efficiency stood out. He’s a big reason I’ll return, and employees like him are why hotels earn loyal guests. The suite felt more like a small apartment than a standard room, with a kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, sink, and plenty of counter space. It’s a real convenience for storing food or preparing small meals, especially on a longer stay. The hotel is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The breakfast was fresh and generous, with healthy choices and familiar favorites like eggs, breakfast meats, pastries, fruit, yogurt, and coffee. It was a great way to start the day without leaving the property. For the price, you get spacious rooms, good amenities, and strong service, which is great value in an area where hotels can charge premium rates for basic rooms. The location makes it easy to reach Lexington and nearby areas while still being peaceful and comfortable after a long day. My stay at Element Lexington was one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. Whether you’re here for business, with family, or just passing through, I’d recommend it. The staff and Isaac made a great impression.

The breakfast was better than average, and the kids liked the pool. We also had a nice bed and okay pillows. But the room was really dark, with just one bedside lamp, no desk lamp, and two dim frosted overhead lights. The under-cabinet lighting and my tiny book light were brightest. The TV stopped working at noon the day before we left. When I told the front desk, they said they’d notify maintenance, but nobody came. I mentioned it again at checkout and got the same answer. The furniture turned the L-shaped corner couch into a loveseat and chaise that seemed suited for a nimble child, not two adults. I hope the next guest in that room likes reading in bed.

We had a great three-night stay while visiting Boston last month, and I was pleasantly surprised. The lobby looked clean and updated, and the check-in staff were welcoming and very friendly. Our room was just the right size, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were hot with generally good water pressure. The breakfast spread was decent, though some items ran out at times and could’ve been restocked more often. That wasn’t a deal breaker.

Issac made this more than a stay, he made it an experience. From check-in to the comfort of the room, everything was excellent, and he’s a great guy to be running this place. I’m usually not a fan of Element hotels, and I stay in hotels roughly 16 nights a month. I rarely have a five-star experience across the board, but this one was excellent. Thank you, Issac!
