I slept really well: the hotel was quiet, the bed comfortable, and the A/C worked. The rooms were clean and everything in them worked, with standard Springhill room furnishings. Check-in was easy, and the woman at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. There's plenty of free parking, plus lots of food and shopping within an easy walk and more options a short drive away. Breakfast was good, but the seating area was so crowded it was hard to walk through. They put the coffee away at 9:30 AM. I wish they'd leave a pot out until noon.

The front desk staff were courteous and friendly. My room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend.

I chose this brand again because I count on its quality, cleanliness, and quiet, and it didn't disappoint. The room was nice, and I had the best night's sleep in a while. It's in a walkable area with great places to eat, and breakfast was well stocked. The fridge wasn't working well, but I didn't notice until I'd unpacked. By morning, the food I'd brought for a long road trip was warm. When I mentioned the problem at checkout, I said I'd enjoyed the stay but hoped they might comp the bottle of water I bought for the next leg since all my food had gone bad. The woman just smirked and ignored me, then said, "Please insert your card." That snub left me with a sour impression. Without it, I'd have given five stars.

We stayed here as a family of four on our road trip from Toronto to Miami. The rooms were very good and the hotel was comfortable. Check-in was fast, breakfast was good, and it was good value for the money.

Comfortable beds and pillows, and nice rooms. There's a small breakfast available in the mornings.
