The cleaning and breakfast staff were amazing and made the stay pleasant. They were friendly and offered to clear our table as we finished. The hotel itself was clean and seemed well kept, and the other front desk staff were good. Still, I’m surprised by the high rating and wonder if we were there at an odd time. The room had a few maintenance problems: the bottom cover on the heating unit was hanging off, cables were coming out, and the shower/tub drained very slowly, as if it might be a little clogged. The hotel drive and lot hadn’t been properly plowed, leaving many spaces unusable. The road just before the hotel was worse, though I don’t know who’s responsible, perhaps the local business center. The pet fee was higher than the amount advertised online. I’ve stayed at quite a few places in recent weeks, and this was the only one with that discrepancy. The staff member who checked us in took a while to come out and wasn’t as friendly as staff elsewhere we’d stayed.

The staff I met were all very friendly, and the room was spacious and clean. I liked the shower pressure, and the showerhead angle is adjustable. The dishes weren’t spotless, maybe the dishwasher isn’t very good, but I usually hand wash anyway. They provide a sponge and a little dish soap, so I could scrub my silverware. There’s also filtered water on the ground floor near the exercise room.

This was our first stay at a Home2Suites. The room was a small efficiency with a full-size refrigerator, and the drawers had plenty of dishes and utensils. It’s clean and has what you need for a few days, with a crisp, modern, minimal look. The furnishings, including the closet, are modular, and it doesn’t feel homey. Breakfast was good. I liked that the employees working with the food used a walkway behind the tables. They kept everything wiped down, cleaning the tables as soon as people left.

I didn’t expect much when I booked, but the location was great and felt safe. It’s pet friendly, too. We had a quiet, very clean first-floor room near the exit, which made it easy to come and go and move our things. The shower pressure was good, though the sink faucet was broken. I appreciated Mattie’s text through Hilton asking if we needed anything. There are several restaurants and stores within walking distance, and breakfast was pretty good. I’d stay again. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Update, March 2026: Still a great hotel. The room and property are very clean.
