We love coming back here. There are room sizes for small or large groups, and souvenir shops and food spots are an easy walk away. It's also close to the airport and bigger stores like Costco and Target. The sunrise is lovely with a morning coffee, and I'd recommend the nearby coffee truck.

We booked two rooms for 11 people for 10 days. One was updated and nice, so we spent a lot of group time there; the other had older fixtures and appliances. The pool was nice, though I wish there had been a hot tub. Nights were quiet except for occasional road noise. The location worked well, with several places to eat within walking distance and more just a short drive away.

BERT from security was especially friendly and accommodating when we arrived. We also liked how easy it was to walk to breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, an ABC Store, and the beach across the street. The pool has great ocean views. Our two-bedroom condo was clean but very dated, and noise carried from the unit above and even from the restroom. There also seemed to be quite a few full-time residents, which affected the resort atmosphere. We probably wouldn't return. Read the policies by the phone.

The location was good, the unit was very clean, the area felt safe, security was always at the front, and there were no bugs in our room. But the $386 resort fee they tried to charge for a timeshare trade was hard to accept when the pool and tennis court were down and there were no amenities. The Wi-Fi is 2g. The room, appliances, and carpet were old, and the beds and pillows were hard as rocks. It wasn't stocked well for a timeshare, and the water pressure was so-so. The safe didn't work; someone opened it for us, but it was then left locked while open.
