Courtyard Lima

Donna was so kind when we booked and again when she checked us in. My sister and I stayed two nights, then decided to add another night. Donna explained she couldn’t change the AAA reservation, and I could hear someone coaching her in the background that it wasn’t possible. She did make a separate booking for us, though I felt the other person wasn’t trying to help. When we returned the next day, our key wouldn’t open the door. The other woman at the desk asked for my driver’s license. My purse was full, and I’d recently had neck surgery. I was wearing a collar, couldn’t feel my hands, and was walking with a cane, but she didn’t offer to help as I started emptying my purse. Then she said there was another way and asked for my address, which I gave her. I left a tip, and she said, “I don’t want that.” Donna was pleasant at checkout and makes you smile. She’s a gem. The other daytime woman needs training in how to treat people in a customer service job.

Donna Mason was wonderful during our stay. She took on a lot of different jobs and handled them so well, always friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Great employee, Courtyard!

Rena makes every visit feel sincere and welcoming. We come to see our son at college, and Lima has started to feel like home. She’s professional and consistent every time we interact with her. The hotel is clean, organized, and comfortable, and as Marriott members we really appreciate the warm hospitality.

The driveway can be a little tricky to spot, but the effort is worth it. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was great, and that bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. I got a great shower in the morning too.
